FREBRUARY 5-6, 2022 | MIAMI AIRPORT CONVENTION CENTER

Exhibitor Agrees to set-up during the designated set-up time on Friday February 4, 2022 from 10am - 4pm and MUST REMAIN UP until the designated breakdown time of 5pm on Sunday, February 5, 2022. EXHIBITORS WILL BE FINED A FEE OF 50% OF COST OF SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE IF EXHIBITOR ARRIVES LATE OR LEAVES EARLY.
Exhibitor must sign and complete this contract to confirm participation in Cannadelic Miami.
Exhibitor acknowledges NO ILLEGAL PRODUCTS WILL BE PRESENT OR SOLD DURING EVENT.
Exhibitor will conduct business in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner and without regard to race, religion, national origin, sex, gender, sexual preference, age, disability, veteran status, or political affiliation.
Violation of state and local ordinances and/or MACC policies & procedures may result in expulsion of exhibitor from campus. Cannadelic Miami’s interpretation of same shall be binding.
Cannadelic Miami reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time without liability.
Exhibitor must provide company logo BY JANUARY 6, 2022 for inclusion in all event promotional materials, and day of event signage.   
Exhibitor is responsible for setup and breakdown.

Cannadelic Miami reserves the right to cancel the event at any time with or without cause.  Cannadelic Miami reserves the right to remove any exhibitor for cause or no cause.  Any exhibitor may be refused the right to display or sell merchandise deemed objectionable or unacceptable to the theme of the event.

If the event is not held or is canceled, the exhibitor will be refunded any booth fee paid only.  If exhibitor is unable to attend the event due to international travel restrictions resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, the exhibitor will be refunded all fees paid. If the exhibitor is removed for any reason, the exhibitor WILL NOT be refunded any booth fee paid and WILL NOT be entitled to other compensation or damages.    

The undersigned hereby RELEASES Cannadelic Miami, its Trustees, employees, officers, contractors and agents, and any and all affiliates of any of them (“RELEASED PARTIES”) from any liability or responsibility for any and all claims and damages of every kind, whether for injury to or death of any person or persons, for damage to or loss of property, or otherwise, EVEN IF CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, OTHER FAULT OR STRICT LIABILITY OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES or by any fault whatsoever of other persons, arising, directly or indirectly, from the occupancy, use or non-use by exhibitor of any part of the property of the Miami Airport Convention Center.

Exhibitor WILL FULLY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH AND ALL OF RELEASED PARTIES from and against any and all claims by any person, damages, actions, liability, and expense in connection with loss of life, personal injury, and/or damage to or loss of use of property in any way arising from the occupancy or use by exhibitor of any part of the Miami Airport Convention Center campus, or otherwise caused, in whole or in part, by any act or omission of exhibitor, its agents, contractors, employees or affiliates, EVEN IF ALSO CAUSED IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE, OTHER FAULT OR STRICT LIABILITY OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
